Dress accordingly. Hydrate before class – it’ll help you push through tough intervals. We also have bottled water for purchase or you may bring your own.
We recommend 20 minutes before class time for newcomers. Check-in is available at our front desk.
Our community gloves have a rental fee of $3.00 each use. Our rental gloves are custom made and we constantly replace them so only new (or newish) pairs go on your hands. At BODYROC FitLab, cleanliness is EVERYTHING! Have your own gloves? Bring 'em! You can also purchase a pair of our custom 14oz genuine leather gloves in the studio as well as our custom inner gloves for $10.00 to protect the knuckles from abrasion and provide wrist support.
We’re happy to show you around our studio and take you to your bag, treadmill, or weight bench for class. We also serve a variety of tasty, nutritional smoothies from our ROC BAR, to maximize the benefits of your workout

On Monday's & Friday's we box! This group boxing class combines bodyweight exercises (variations of plyometric/metabolic work), shadowboxing (no contact), and heavy bag work with intense training intervals. All to help you develop that lean, strong, and confident fighters physique.
Tuesdays, we target the quads, hamstrings, calves, and of course the infamous glutes. You’ll thank us later.
We’re bringing sexy back...yep! Wednesdays are meant for anyone looking to improve their torso – both front and back!
Thursdays, we focus solely on the abs. CAUTION: laughing, sneezing, and coughing may be challenging for a few days after this one!
Weekends are reserved for the complete BODYROC workout. Targeting a variety of muscle groups, optimizing lean muscle development, and calorie burning efficiency, you’ll walk out of this class with your confidence level all the way turned up.
